digital technology matariki project - blue bots
For matariki we learnt about stars. We made a special blue bot mat. On the mat we had QR codes and when you scanned them you learnt about the stars. The kids had to code the blue bots to get to the QR codes. We learnt that there are nine stars in the cluster and that each star has its own name and something that is connected to like the sea or the weather.

pizza
it's a jamie oliver recipe from youtube. The dough consists of self rising flour and sour cream, then I just added the other basic stuff to the pizza which is cheddar cheese, tomato sauce mixed with chutney and some pepperoni .
Learning outcome: To record the experiences of West Coast children from the past 100 years in order to create a History of West Coast people during times of difficulty and challenge - this will be turned into a book to be kept in local museums and at Shantytown.
Same Thing as yesterday
Two dogs are in this bubble,
Bob and Millie.
Not much changes for the bubble dogs.
Same thing as yesterday.
Same creek, same trees, same smells, same fleas and barking.
Barking at another dog,
In another bubble.
Through the bush,
Another voice.
No school to be in lockdown from,
No mad rush to buy toilet paper,
No new virus to worry about,
Just - what's for dinner?
Oh, same thing as yesterday? Good.

autobiographical poem
Fynn
Is pretty loud, yappy to, kinda weird in some ways and spazzes because I don’t know.
Is the younger brother of Eamon who is 13.
Lover of the dark void of space, games that include creativity and my uphill original house.
Feels down about boring tiring Monday, feels empty about space being infinite and adored games.
Requires oxygen, ozone, an atmosphere and spinning planet to exist.
Gifts things like pokemon cards, nerf darts and hydrogen because he feels like it.
His bones tremble down to heights, everyone perishing in an instant and gravity flipping around.
Eyes hungry to see the universe start all over along with some brilliant supernovas and an eye boiling solar eclipse.
Is a veteran of greymouth nz.
O’keefe.
